£15 per head, please bring a packed lunch.

The course will cover the new grading syllabus, including 2 person drills, bag and pad drills and Kata taught in Sensei Carroll’s unique style.

Sensei Carroll is now offering personalised training sessions/courses to all grades, available as one-off events  or residential weekend courses. The lessons are tailored to suit individual needs and include kata bunkai, bag and pad drills, street kata and applied Shotokan Karate.

Sensei Carroll is taking bookings for private Karate-based self defence lessons for individuals and small groups (1-4 people). Lessons include pad/bag drills along with a range of practical self defence skills. Lessons are tailored to each individual/small group, prices start from just £20 per hour. No previous experience/training necessary, suitable for both male and female adults - a great way to build confidence or get back into Shotokan Karate...
